Rachael Bagshaw

Rachael Bagshaw began their work experience in 2009 as a Senior Account Manager at Global, where they successfully developed and managed advertising campaigns for several well-known brands. In 2013, they founded Just R Ltd with a focus on supporting the workforce needs of the NHS. Rachael built a values-aligned team dedicated to this cause.

Rachael Bagshaw is currently pursuing Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Cambridge Judge Business School since 2023.
