Rick Reilova

Rick Reilova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rick started their career in 2006 at McGraw-Hill Higher Education, where they held the positions of Sr. Sales Representative and later Sales Manager. During their time at McGraw-Hill, Rick managed the regional sales force, designed sales and marketing strategies, and implemented a new Customer Relationship Management system. Rick achieved impressive results, including correcting a long-standing under-performance streak and consistently surpassing sales goals with an average annual revenue growth of 14%.

Following their tenure at McGraw-Hill, Rick worked as a District Manager at Cengage Learning from 2012 to 2014, and as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from 2014 to 2016.

In 2017, Rick took on the role of Substitute Teacher at the Moreno Valley Unified School District before moving on to become a Partnerships Manager at Discovery Education in 2019. At Discovery Education, they aligned with strategic partners and educational institutions to deliver digital curriculum and continuously empowered teachers with best-in-class resources. Rick remained with Discovery Education until 2022 when they joined Reading Horizons as an Account Executive.

Currently, Rick is serving as the Director of Partnerships at Just Right Reader, starting from May 2023. Through their roles at different organizations, they have developed expertise in sales management, partnerships, recruitment, and educational resources.

Rick Reilova completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Rick then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the same university, which they successfully completed in 1997. After a gap in education, they enrolled at California State University-San Bernardino in 2013 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services in 2015.
