Sara Shenkan-Rich

Sara Shenkan-Rich has been in the education industry for over 20 years. Sara started their career in 2000 as a Teach for America Teacher for SFUSD. Sara then worked as a Principal for Jefferson Elementary School District from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the CEO of Just Right Reader, where they are passionate about teaching kids to read and write well and having them love it.

Sara Shenkan-Rich began their education at Neshannock Elementary, where they completed their high school education in 1995. Sara then attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Pace University. Finally, they earned their Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School in 2005.
