Emma Gong, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and marketing. Emma started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Research Analyst at Innovate Niagara. In 2015, they joined BreadEnglish as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. After that, they worked at RoboRobo as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from 2018 to 2019. Following that, Emma joined Just Sales Jobs as an Associate Talent Scout in March 2019, and later progressed to the role of Talent Scout, Senior Talent Scout, and ultimately became the Senior Talent Scout - Team Lead in January 2021. In their current position, they leverage Artificial Intelligence and Proprietary Algorithms to identify top sales talent in the Toronto to Kitchener/Waterloo region.

Emma Gong, MBA began their education at Xidian University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled at Brock University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from 2011 to 2013.
