Jordon was an IT Service Manager and served as point of contact to provide technical support and solutions to clients. Provide level 1 and 2 help desk support including network, hardware, and software. Prior to this role, Jordon was an IT Coordinator, and developed skills and experience working closely with his mentor. Provide tech support to the main client, which is a medical practice across Western New York.
Loves to spend time with friends and family. Also loves to travel and explore new places. His favorite place that he has been to so far is Germany. In the future, he hopes to continue traveling and seeing what the world has to offer.
