Jesse Matney has over 18 years of experience in marketing and business development. From 2001 to 2018, they worked in various roles for different companies. In 2001, they were the VP of Marketing for Vitacost.com. In 2003, they were the Director of Marketing for the Gary Player Foundation. In 2004, they were the Director of Store Development for CC Development. In 2007, they were the Director of Business Development for Project Solutions Group. From 2009 to 2012, they were the VP of Marketing for Organic Bouquet and Gaiam. In 2013, they were the VP of Marketing for Vital Choice Wild Seafood and Organics. In 2017, they became the Owner of Rhys Collection and JesseMatney.com. In 2018, they became the COO of Just Thrive and the VP of Marketing and Operations for Just Thrive Probiotic.

Jesse Matney has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
