Siva Velaga

Siva Velaga has had a successful career in the field of software engineering and management. Starting in 1999, Siva worked as a Programmer Analyst at Sun Microsystems before moving on to Scan-Optics as a Sr. Software Developer. In 2000, they joined Yahoo as a Sr. Software Developer. From 2000 to 2012, Siva held multiple roles at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., including Software Engineer III/Development Lead and Manager of Software Engineering. During this time, they provided strategic leadership, oversaw full-cycle project deployment, and mentored cross-functional teams. In 2014, Siva transitioned to Arch Mortgage Insurance Company (Arch MI), where they served as the Manager of Software Engineering, overseeing product development and managing a team of professionals. Most recently, in 2018, they joined JustAnswer as the Senior Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Engineering. Siva's experience spans a wide range of industries and responsibilities, showcasing their expertise in software engineering and management.

Siva Velaga has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computers, with a specialization in Computer Science. In addition, Siva has certifications as a Certified Scrum Masters (CSM) and a Microsoft Certified Professional in Visual Basic.NET.
