Kia Sing Low has extensive experience in the design and construction industry. Kia Sing currently holds the position of Chief Development Officer at JustCo, where they are responsible for the design and construction of workspace products and solutions across various countries in Asia. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Design at WING TAI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE LTD. Kia Sing also held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of Workspace at JustCo. Kia Sing Low has also worked at Shangri-La Group as the Head of Design, Project & Design, where they managed design projects for hospitality developments across Southeast Asia and Australia. Kia Sing has also held senior roles at CapitaLand and CapitaMalls Asia Ltd, where they were responsible for product development, design, and project management. Furthermore, they have experience in retail store construction as a Project Executive at Club21 and as a Project Architect at Mok & Associates Architects.

Kia Sing Low's education history started in 1993 when they enrolled at the National University of Singapore. From 1993 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies, focusing on architecture. After completing their undergraduate studies, Kia Sing Low continued their education at the National University of Singapore and obtained a Master of Architecture degree from 1997 to 1999. Throughout their education, their primary field of study remained architecture.
