Ben Freeman

Ben Freeman is a seasoned professional in the field of customer membership, loyalty, and partnerships, currently serving as the Global Membership Director at Just Eat Takeaway.com since July 2025. Previously, Ben held the position of Marketing & Experience Director for Nike Membership from October 2020 to June 2025, where efforts focused on consumer growth and brand excellence. Prior to Nike, Ben was the Business Development & Sales Director for Virgin Red, responsible for launching Virgin's global loyalty programme. At PayPal, Ben worked as a Consumer & Partnerships Manager, collaborating with major brands to enhance consumer propositions. Earlier experience includes serving as Rewards Manager for Nectar Loyalty, managing rewards portfolios and financial targets. Ben Freeman holds a BSc in International Management and Spanish from the University of Bath and studied at the University of Alicante.
