Drew Buckeridge is a seasoned professional in training, quality assurance, and operational excellence with extensive experience in customer service management. Previous roles at Just Eat include leading training and quality for core English-speaking markets and managing global operational excellence initiatives. Prior to Just Eat, Drew held positions at Sitel, focusing on network support management for Sony Interactive Entertainment, and started a career in hospitality. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
