Jannie Djurhuus Appelt

Jannie Djurhuus Appelt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as VP of Global Logistics at Just Eat Takeaway.com since January 2020, Jannie previously held the position of Senior Director of UK Delivery Operations. Prior to this, Jannie was Director of EU Supplier Operations at Wayfair and spent nearly nine years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner. Earlier career roles include Finance Assistant and Assistance Coordinator at Euro-Alarm A/S, and Assistant Manager at Corney and Barrow LTD. Jannie holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School, an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by exchange studies at The University of British Columbia.
