Anna Froome

Anna Froome is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Employee Engagement & Communications Manager and Transformation Communications Manager at Just Group plc since July 2021. In this role, Anna has developed a strategic communications plan to support a significant internal transformation program. Previously, Anna took a career break focusing on family from February 2016 to June 2021 and held various positions at Colt Technology Services from May 2009 to February 2016, including Internal Communications Specialist and Head of Internal Communications, where responsibilities encompassed designing strategic communications programs and engagement with senior stakeholders. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Internal Communications Manager at Thomson Reuters, Internal Communications Manager at Eurostar, and starting a career in communications as a Specialist at Cable & Wireless. Anna holds a BA (Hons) in Modern European Languages from Durham University and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
