Michaela Southgate

Michaela Southgate is an experienced Property Portfolio Manager at Just Group plc since October 2021, previously holding key roles at Hampshire Trust Bank, including Head of Servicing and Change and Operations Manager. Prior positions include Special Servicing Manager and Business Analyst at Capita Mortgage Services, as well as a Business Analyst role at The Cambridge Building Society. Michaela began their career as the Loss Mitigation Team Leader at Crown Mortgage Management, focusing on adherence to service level agreements and regulatory standards.
