Erika Flaschner is currently serving as the Assistant Unit Head of the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit at the Delaware Department of Justice. Erika has a background in law with experience as a Rule 16 Student Attorney and Law Clerk at various legal offices. Erika has also held leadership roles as the Vice President of the Penn State Equestrian Team and as a Teaching Assistant in the Penn State Sociology Department. Erika holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Sociology from Penn State University.
