Karen Bohn

Karen Bohn is the Chief Operations Officer at Justice Federal Credit Union. Karen has over twenty years of experience in the banking industry, including executive positions at UMB Bank and Charter One Bank.

Bohn began their career at Citizens Bank in 2000, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the Executive Vice President of Retail Banking Western/Central Pennsylvania. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 1,100 employees across 200 banking locations. Under their leadership, the team achieved significant deposit growth, investments, consumer and mortgage lending, business banking, community development, and risk management successes.

In 2015, Bohn joined UMB Bank as the Executive Vice President/Consumer and Client Delivery Director. In this role, they were responsible for Sales, Service, and Operations across 100 branches in 8 states. During their time at UMB Bank, Bohn helped the company achieve great success and growth.

Bohn is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Justice Federal Credit Union. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the credit union’s operations. Under their leadership, Justice Federal Credit Union has seen significant growth and success.

Karen Bohn began their educational career by studying business at Wayne State University. Karen then went on to complete executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Finally, they studied at INSEAD.
