Nicole Fitts

Nicole Fitts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nicole started their career at Enterprise in 2000, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant Manager, Management Assistant, and Management Trainee, until 2006. Nicole then joined Macy's as a Group Sales Manager in 2007, followed by working at Lloyd Chesley State Farm Agency as a Multiple Line Representative and State Farm Bank Representative from 2008 to 2009. In 2015, Nicole worked at Marriott International, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, as a Special Events Lead for a short period. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Collateral Administrator at Signature Federal Credit Union. Currently, they are employed as a Financial Services Representative at Justice Federal Credit Union since March 2021.

Nicole Fitts began their education at Suitland High School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their Diploma. Nicole then attended Strayer University from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2019-2020, Nicole participated in the Introduction Leader Program at Landmark. Currently, in 2021-2022, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
