Dalissa Vargas

Dalissa Vargas serves as the Interim Chief Development Officer at Justice for Migrant Women since July 2024 and holds concurrent roles as Principal at Weighing What Matters and Consultant & Senior Advisor at The Latinx House, where project management and content creation are key responsibilities. Previously, Dalissa worked as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at DevelopWell, and from 2014 to 2021, served as Senior Director of Development at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice, successfully expanding the development team and exceeding fundraising goals.
