Jim Berchtold

Jim Berchtold is a highly experienced attorney, currently holding the position of Senior Staff Attorney at Justice in Aging and Directing Attorney of the Consumer Rights Project at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Previously, Berchtold has held various roles including Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins and Director of Development and Public Relations at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Berchtold has a strong background in civil litigation, fundraising, outreach, and managing legal programs to assist vulnerable populations.
