Anastasiia Vorotova

Anastasiia Vorotova currently serves as the COO and Co-founder of Justice IT since January 2020, specializing in Web and Mobile Development with a focus on FinTech and E-Commerce for startups and small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to this role, Anastasiia held positions as the Head of the HR Department and HR Manager at Exceed Team from September 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment, talent management, and HR strategy development.
