Caitlin Glance

Caitlin Glance has worked as a Director of Education at Justice Resource Institute since November 2022. Before that, they were an Education Program Coordinator at ASC English: A+ Program from January 2022 to November 2022. From June 2021 to January 2022, Caitlin served as a Lead ESOL Instructor at Jackson Mann Community Center. Caitlin also worked as an English Teacher at the Fulbright Association from January 2021 to June 2021. In addition, Caitlin has experience as a Bilingual Assistant at Rock and Roll Daycare, a Teacher's Aide at Biglerville High School, and a Teacher's Aide at VIDA CHARTER SCHOOL. Caitlin has also served as a Student at IES Abroad and completed an internship at CEIP El Olivo. Prior to that, Caitlin worked as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from May 2017 to August 2018.

Caitlin Glance holds a Master of Education degree (MEd) from Boston College, which they earned from 2020 to 2022. Their area of focus was Global Perspectives: Teaching, Curricula, & Learning Environments. Caitlin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Spanish Education from Gettysburg College, obtained from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, Caitlin participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they focused on Spanish Language Teacher Education. Additionally, they have obtained certification in The Fundamentals of TESOL from the TESOL International Association in 2020.
