Meredith began her career at JRI in 2005 as a clinician and since then has held various clinical and program leadership positions including her most recent position leading QM for Massachusetts congregate care. Meredith has a bachelors degree from Providence College, a Masters degree from Rhode Island College and is an independently licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).
