Rachel Arruda

Rachel Arruda has extensive experience in the field of child and community services, currently serving as a Board Member at the Association of Children's Residential & Community (ACRC) since May 2023. Previously, Rachel has made significant contributions to the Justice Resource Institute, holding various roles since July 2005, including Director of Service Coordination and Navigation and Program Director for Family Networks. Rachel's earlier experience includes serving as a Commonworks Service Coordinator and Program Director at The Key Program, Inc., along with direct care roles at Saint Vincents. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Bridgewater State University.
