Trevor Bell currently serves as a School Clinician at The Victor School, part of the Justice Resource Institute, since 2023, where collaborative efforts with the Academic Adviser and multidisciplinary Clinical team focus on supporting students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. As a Co-Founder of the Animal Therapy Project since 2017, Trevor has led a vocational training program and developed animal-assisted therapy interventions. Trevor founded Dresden Phoenix in 2015, offering advocacy and consulting services for families, integrating innovative ecological interventions. Previous roles include Clinician at AVIV, Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Justice Resource Institute, Behavior Therapist at Acton Boxborough Regional School District and Newton Public Schools, and Special Educator from 2003 to 2010 across various institutions. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hartwick College. Trevor has also held a professorial position at Assumption University of Thailand from 2000 to 2002.
