Erica Wier

Erica Wier is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Currently serving as a Permanency Specialist at Justice Works Youth Care since March 2019, Erica has a strong background in safety and training, having previously completed safety internships at C&C Smith Lumber Company and J.M.S. Recycling Inc. In addition to safety roles, Erica has extensive experience in customer service and training from positions at Shelly's Cleaning Company and Palace Gardens Drive In Theatre, where responsibilities included supervising and mentoring new employees in various settings.
