Samantha Gerdeman

Sam graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She joined JusticeWorks in 2011 as an FRS in Berks County. Sam specialized in providing the Nurturing Parenting curriculum to clients. Her dedication and hard work were recognized when she was promoted to Supervisor in 2015. In December of 2016, Sam took on the role of the inaugural supervisor of our Schuylkill County startup. Almost immediately, Sam and our Schuylkill County team began producing excellent outcomes and providing an extremely high level of service to the kids and families of Schuylkill County, and in turn, we saw tremendous growth. Sam became the Director of Schuylkill County in 2017, and within a few years began overseeing Northumberland, Snyder, Union, and Montour Counties as well. Sam is currently obtaining a Master’s Degree in Administration in Human Services at Wilmington University.
