Andy Holt

Andy Holt, CPA, CISA, has extensive experience in risk assessment, internal controls, compliance, ethics, records management, and system design and implementation. Currently serving as a Consultant at JustinBradley since October 2014, Andy has provided expert guidance on both short-term and long-term assignments. Prior to this role, Andy held significant positions including Director of Internal Audit at FHLBanks Office of Finance from 1999 to 2013, Internal Audit Manager at Freddie Mac from 1993 to 1999, and Manager in the Financial Services Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1997 to 1998. Early in the career, Andy worked as a Senior Accountant at Grossberg Company LLP from 1990 to 1993. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from William & Mary, earned from 1986 to 1990.
