Barsha Raja

Barsha Raja began their work experience in 2009 as a Business Development Manager at Sri Krishna Group of Institution. Barsha then moved on to become an Operations Manager at Eye And Buy Retail Pvt. Ltd., where they managed studios, led a team, and executed marketing campaigns for various clients. In 2015, Barsha joined NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Senior Operations Manager, where they headed the House Relationship Management team and developed processes to automate tasks. Currently, they are working at Justlife (previously Justmop) as the Business Head, responsible for business development and overall management.

Barsha Raja completed their high school education at BGS International Residential School from 2000 to 2006. Barsha then attended Bishop Cotton Women Christian College from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their high school education and studied Political Science and Psychology. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Political Sciences at Gauhati University from 2008 to 2011. Following their bachelor's degree, they obtained a Master's Degree in Communication and Journalism from Gauhati University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
