Bernadette Cruz

Bernadette Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bernadette began their career at Business Process Resource Inc in 2005, where they worked as a Knowledge Engineer until 2010. Bernadette then joined Convergys in 2010 and held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Reports Analyst - Global Sales, and Team Leader until 2017. In 2018, they joined Justmop.com as a Customer Service Executive and worked there until 2020. Bernadette then took on the role of Partner Success Executive until 2021.
