Mhel Jane Sarmiento has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mhel Jane started their career as a Receptionist at ITOUCHPOINT SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at The Results Companies. Mhel Jane then joined Convergys Philippines Corporation in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative, where they stayed for five years.

In 2019, Mhel Jane joined Justlife (previously Justmop) as a Customer Support Executive, where they worked until 2020. Mhel Jane then transitioned into the role of an Account Manager in January 2021, a position they currently hold.
