Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a significant background in developing collaborative technology solutions. At SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the design of hardware and firmware for innovative educational devices, including DViT interactive whiteboards. Prior experience includes serving as an electronics contractor with Science Alberta Foundation and working on control systems for forestry equipment at Grindcom. Chris also has teaching experience as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
