Cristina Astorga Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cristina began their career as a Team Leader at Grand Hyatt Santiago, where they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Cristina then transitioned to the role of Senior Supervisor at Hyatt Centric Las Condes Santiago, where they were responsible for event coordination and logistical operations. Following this, they worked as an Events Manager at Renaissance Santiago Hotel, where they focused on ensuring the success of social and outlet events.
Cristina also has experience in the tech industry, having worked as a Customer Success Executive at Justo, where they guided clients through the process of setting up their online stores and provided support and training on the platform. Cristina then progressed to the role of Web Setup Manager at Justo, leading the creation of a brand's website and managing the administrative and design aspects of the process. Most recently, Cristina served as the Head of Operation Support at Justo, overseeing the support for partners, customers, call centers, and internal teams, as well as managing logistics and driving projects for continuous improvement.

Cristina Astorga Gutiérrez completed a Diplomatura in Customer Experience & Data Driven at the Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile in 2021. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they earned a Grado Profesional in Traducción e Interpretación from the Instituto Profesional Chileno Norte Americano.
