Jess Richardson

Jess Richardson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in licensing and business development within the entertainment and consumer products sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Licensing & New Business Development at Just Play since June 2023, Jess previously held key positions at Hasbro as Vice President of Business Development and North American Retail & Business Development from June 2019 to June 2023. Prior roles include Head of Licensing at Netflix, Vice President of Licensing for North America at WWE, and Director of Sales at The Joester Loria Group. Jess began a career in licensing and marketing at 4Kids Entertainment. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland.
