Janice Salmon has over 35 years of professional experience. In 1983, they began working as the President of KeyPrestige, Inc., where they managed all aspects of company operations and successfully sold the company to ServicePower, Inc. in 2004. In their role, they saved manufacturers over $1 billion in product repair and replacement costs. From 2004 to 2009, Janice worked as the Advisory Director of OC Breast Wellness, where they helped save lives by providing new breast exam technology. From 2010 to present, Janice has been the CEO of JustPressOne, Inc., a company providing customer service and voice broadcasting services. In this role, they have overseen experts at ServiceDesk, ServiceBench, MyServiceForce, CDA and many other business management software platforms.
Janice Salmon obtained a Bachelor of Education from Bloomsburg State University between 1970 and 1973.
