Tim Kamen has over 13 years of professional work experience. In 2008, they began working as a Technical Support Engineer at Symantec, where they provided software support via phone, email, and remote sessions for various programs on their Altiris line. In 2012, they joined Fuse Technology Group as a Support Analyst, responsible for server builds, server maintenance, spyware/virus cleanup, network setup/troubleshooting, application installation/support, hardware installation, and general PC maintenance. In 2013, Tim began working as an Application Specialist at Tyler Technologies, providing technical support for the Aegis CAD Platform to various public safety agencies across the United States. Tim also led a team of six and trained new hires on the software and best troubleshooting practices. In 2016, Tim joined ImageSoft, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for the OnBase software platform developed by Hyland. In 2017, they began working as an Application Delivery Specialist at Michigan First Credit Union, where they served as an L3 Support Technician for all issues regarding many internal applications. Tim also acted as an IT Project Manager, mainly scoping projects for the Mortgage Department. In 2019, Tim joined Watts Water Technologies as a Technical Account Manager, working remotely from their home office supporting a book of roughly 45 clients. In 2022, they joined Sift as a Client Success Manager.

Tim Kamen graduated from Redford Union High School in 2002 with a High School Diploma in General Studies.
