Kelsey Stapleton

Kelsey Stapleton has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries. Kelsey started their career in 2011 as a Freelance Photographer at Kelsey Stapleton Media, where they gained experience in photography. In 2014, they worked as an In Field Photographer at 360 Photo Inc.

From 2015 to 2018, Kelsey had various roles at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH). Kelsey began as a Photographer and then took on additional responsibilities as a Fulfillment Specialist, Exceptions Specialist, and Solutions Specialist. In these positions, they developed protocols, procedures, and training guides, and worked on production best practices.

In 2018, Kelsey joined Justuno as a Project Manager, where they oversaw projects from start to finish. Kelsey then progressed to the role of Director of Customer Success, where they managed teams and worked closely with other departments to optimize services. Currently, they serve as the VP of Customer Success at Justuno, overseeing customer-facing teams, communications with other departments, content creation, industry standards, and maintaining a positive work environment to support company growth.

Kelsey Stapleton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design, between the years 2010 and 2014.
