Joanna Honikman

Joanna Honikman is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. With roles at Justworks and Rent The Runway as Engineering Manager, Joanna has demonstrated expertise in managing engineering teams. Prior to these positions, Joanna served as Director of Engineering at Birchbox, A FemTec Health Company, and held key roles at NBCUniversal, Inc., progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer. Joanna holds a BA in Economics & History from the University of California, Berkeley.
