Justin Laferrera

Justin Laferrera has a background in sales and team operations, with experience in leading sales teams at companies like Justworks and ADP. At Justworks, Justin held positions as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in sales, overseeing regions and leading payroll sales nationally. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Sales Executive and Elite Senior District Manager at ADP. Their career also includes experience in team operations and special events at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Tampa and studied Marketing at The American University of Rome.
