Kayla Blackman

Kayla Blackman is an accomplished Onboarding Manager at Justworks, where professional experience includes roles as Senior Onboarding Associate and Onboarding Associate since August 2021. Kayla is also a Basta Fellow with projectBASTA, a competitive program aimed at helping first-generation college students prepare for careers. Previous experience includes serving as a Flagship Sales Advisor at H&M from September 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities encompassed providing customer service and maintaining store organization to meet sales targets. Additionally, Kayla interned as a Recruiting Intern at Year Up, focused on counseling young adults and promoting workforce training in business and finance. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowdoin College, awarded in 2021.
