Leanne Hyer

Leanne Hyer is a seasoned operations and strategy professional with extensive experience in partnerships, account management, and business operations. Currently serving as Manager of Partnerships Operations at Justworks since May 2024, Leanne previously held key roles at Wix.com, including Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager. At the NeuroLeadership Institute, Leanne managed operations for the consulting team and significantly improved processing times and new hire efficiency. Leanne also launched Milo Staffing, a boutique event staffing company with a philanthropic mission, achieving 100% client retention through strategic partnerships. Leanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from George Mason University.
