Reese Roche

Reese Roche is an experienced insurance professional with a comprehensive background spanning over a decade in various roles across several companies in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Insurance at Justworks since May 2024, Reese has previously held positions such as Head of Insurance at Butter Insurance, Manager of Insurance Operations at Better, and Director of Claims at Rhino. Additional experience includes roles at Lemonade, Marshall & Sterling, Total Recovery Resources and Coordination (TRRAC), The Hartford, Allstate, and the National Football League (NFL). Reese holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Providence College.
