Rishi Athanikar

Rishi Athanikar is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Justworks since June 2023. Previously, Rishi held roles such as Lead Product Manager at Stash, where efforts focused on enhancing banking experiences linked to investment products, and Senior Product Manager at Casper, emphasizing the development of omnichannel sales tools and operational support for retail. Rishi's background includes pivotal contributions at Peet's Coffee, launching mobile and web applications, as well as technical roles at Wunderman Thompson, where optimization of digital platforms was a priority. Co-founded Beander, a green coffee marketplace, and has also participated in entrepreneurial initiatives such as StartupBus. Rishi holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
