Samantha Gunn is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience at Justworks since July 2019, progressing from Customer Success Representative to Senior Analyst in Quality Assurance. Prior experience includes overseeing operations at the Auburn University Recreation and Wellness Center, serving as an Operations Intern at Crius Energy, LLC, and holding the position of Chief Education Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity.
