Valerie Avila

Valerie Avila is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in international sales and account development, currently serving as the Head of International Sales at Justworks since July 2014. Valerie has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Sales & Account Development and Senior Manager for West Expansion. Additionally, Valerie has been a member of Pavilion since April 2019, graduating from the Rising Executives School in May 2022, where leadership and management skills were honed for executive success. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Business Analyst at SinglePlatform, a sales representative at LocalOn, and a senior field sales leader at Vector Marketing Corporation, among others. Valerie holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Philosophy from Boston College and the American University of Rome.
