Tomasz Syta

Tomasz Syta is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and facility management industry. Tomasz is currently the Head of Real Estate at Jutro Medical. Prior to that, they were the Property, Fleet and Facility Manager at Aviva Poland from 2000 to 2021. During their time at Aviva Poland, they successfully negotiated rental agreements and relocated 1600 employees in three weekends. Tomasz also implemented an activity-based working approach and won the Office SuperStar awards for biurowy wellness and the best office in the financial sector. Additionally, they planned and implemented a new network of financial product sales outlets and a low-budget standard outlet for Aviva's own sales network. Tomasz also planned and built a franchise network specializing in the sale of Aviva financial products. The cost of renting, designing and equipping the outlets was several percent lower for the franchisee and Aviva compared to similar projects in the financial sector.

Tomasz Syta attended Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna w Warszawie from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Ekonomia.
