Andrew Agor

Andrew Agor is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Juul Labs since April 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew was the General Counsel at MACH9 Digital from July 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included establishing a legal department and advising on strategy and regulatory compliance for a SaaS start-up. Andrew spent over a decade at Philip Morris International, holding various leadership positions including VP & Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property, where a team of over 45 was managed across multiple global locations. Additional roles at Philip Morris included Head of Legal for Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands, and responsibilities for global regulatory litigation. Andrew’s earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Andrew holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in History from Colgate University.
