Bruce Gates

Bruce serves as Chief Advisor to the CEO at Juul Labs, bringing extensive experience in strategic communications and public policy. As a Founding Partner at Three Oaks Strategies, he leveraged his expertise in crisis management. Prior to Juul Labs, he held the position of Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Altria, where he led government affairs, corporate communications, and responsibility initiatives. Earlier in his career, he was a Founding Partner at Washington Council Ernst & Young, specializing in tax and regulatory policy advocacy. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from the University of Georgia.
