David Liang

David Liang possesses extensive experience in engineering and technical management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Site Technical Management at JUUL Labs since December 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Sustaining Engineering Team and overseeing Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to this, David worked as Engineering Manager at Kersentech, managing a team of over 70 engineers and collaborating with major technology companies such as Apple, Google, and Amazon on new product introductions. David's career also includes roles at Apple, Stryker, and Bosch, emphasizing vendor management, production engineering, and process design. David holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanic Design & Automation from Jiangnan University.
