Ellen Murphy

Ellen Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user testing and program management within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Field & User Testing at Juul Labs since April 2017, Ellen has held multiple progressive roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of User Testing. Prior to Juul Labs, Ellen worked at PAX Labs, Inc. as a Program Manager for Reliability, and at Fitbit from November 2011 to March 2017, where significant contributions included building both external field testing and internal beta testing programs. Ellen's expertise encompasses managing large-scale testing initiatives, developing testing strategies, and coordinating communications between cross-functional teams. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northeastern University and has additional educational experiences at Bond University and the University of Cape Coast.
