Joonho Koh

Joonho Koh is an accomplished Senior Battery Cell Engineer at Juul Labs since June 2022, specializing in battery cell design for consumer electronics. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Battery Engineer at Lyten, focusing on lithium sulfur battery technology, and managing a battery lab at Mitra Chem. Joonho Koh held the title of Senior Scientist at NICE America Research, Inc., where the emphasis was on rechargeable lithium batteries and solid oxide fuel cells, and previously worked as a Research Scientist at Materials and Systems Research, Inc., concentrating on battery and fuel cell technologies along with project management. Early in the career, Joonho Koh gained experience as a technical staff member at Korea Electric Power Research Institute, designing and operating fuel cell systems. Joonho Koh earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
