Justin Wu

Justin Wu is a demonstrated scientist currently serving as a Senior Technician in Formulation Chemistry and Flavor Science at Juul Labs. They previously worked at Impossible Foods as a Research and Development Technician II, leading the production of samples for complex formulation tasks and conducting texture characterization assays. Prior to that, Justin was a Microbiological Media QC Specialist at AEMTEK, Inc., where they produced and quality checked microbiological media and performed PCR tests in a BSL-2 lab. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Nutrition and Food Sciences from San Jose State University.
